Entering his third season on the WestConn men's lacrosse coaching staff in 2025, John Foristall has brought a strong background in both playing and mentoring to the program. A native of Danbury, Foristall was a standout offensive midfielder for the Wolves from 2012 to 2017. Over his four-year career, he was one of the program’s top offensive threats, graduating fifth in career points (190), fourth in career goals (124), and third in career assists (66) in program history.
After earning his bachelor's degree in justice and law administration, Foristall pursued a career dedicated to helping others. He now works full-time as a recreation specialist in a correctional facility, where he provides inmates with structured programs aimed at rehabilitation and personal growth. Foristall’s passion for teamwork, discipline, and player development make him a valuable asset to the coaching staff. His experience as both a high-level athlete and mentor allows him to connect with players and help them reach their full potential on and off the field.
