NEW HAVEN, Conn. — The Western Connecticut State University men's golf team placed third out of six teams at the Albertus Fall Invitational hosted by Albertus Magnus College at New Haven Country Club on Tuesday. The Wolves totaled a team score of 334.

Logan Starks (Mechanicville, N.Y.) led the Wolves with a score of 80 and followed closely by first-year Giancarlo Garippa (Yorktown Heights, N.Y.), who fired an 81. Tim Larson (New Milford, Conn.) shot an 84, while Ashton Clark-Sanford (Salamanca, N.Y.) fired an 89.

WestConn travels to Eastern Connecticut State University for the Warrior Invitational on September 8-9 at Mohegan Sun Golf Club in Baltic, Conn.
