Baseball Drops Doubleheader at Southern Maine

GORHAM, ME - The Western Connecticut State University baseball team dropped both games of a doubleheader at the University of Southern Maine on Friday afternoon. The Wolves fell in the opener, 13-0, before dropping Game Two, 13-1. 

With the pair of losses, Westconn moved to 9-26 overall and 1-15 in league play, while the Huskies improved to 19-17 and 10-5.

Sophomore Thomas Keough (Farmington, Conn.) broke up the no-hit bid for the Wolves in the opener with a single up the middle before adding yet another hit in the nightcap.
