MIDDLETOWN, Conn. - The Western Connecticut State University Wolves pounded 11 hits but surrendered 18 to the Wesleyan University offense in a 17-3 setback against the Cardinals in baseball action this afternoon at Dresser Diamond.  WestConn loses for the fourth time in three days and sits at 8-20.  Wesleyan improves to 10-19.  The Wolves will continue its busy week with a home game against the University of Hartford tomrrow at 3 p.m.  Senior Nick Moeller (Mahopac, N.Y.) and sophomores Jayson Hannah (Staten Island, N.Y.) and Ryan Vallie (East Haven, Conn.) had two hits apiece for Wesleyan.  Freshman RHP Braden Barron (Southington, Conn.) started and took the loss to drop to 1-1.
